What we fix and set up

Written quote before work

Laptop & desktop troubleshooting

Slow machines, boot failures, blue screens, dropped Wi-Fi, failing peripherals, and malware cleanup. We find the cause, fix it on site or at our bench, and tell you if a part or a replacement makes more sense.

Desktop & laptop setup

New machines configured for your business: operating system and updates, business applications, user accounts, multi-factor sign-in, printers, and backups that run without someone remembering to start them.

Workstation builds

Standard images for a fleet of machines, so every seat starts from the same known-good configuration. Built once, documented, and repeatable for the next hire.

Data transfer to new machines

Files, browser profiles, mail, and application settings moved from an old machine to a new one. We confirm the user can open everything before the old machine leaves the desk.

Decommissioning & secure wipe

Retired laptops and desktops sanitized to the level their data requires, following NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, with a certificate of sanitization for each drive, backed by our business guarantee. How the process works.

Backup services

Scheduled backups for laptops, desktops, and workstations, with job monitoring and periodic restore tests, so a failed drive or ransomware event does not mean lost files.
